Adrian Power-Kelly, is a Chartered Surveyor with more than 45 years professional experience in all aspects of commercial property consultancy including commercial estate agency, rent reviews, lease renewals, valuation, rating and property portfolio management. Adrian is Managing Director of Power Kelly Property Consultants, providing independent and professional advice to commercial property owners, landlords and tenants. With over 75 years combined experience, the company offers a complete range of professional services – sales; lettings; acquisitions; rent reviews; valuations; compulsory purchase and property management – to private, public and institutional clients throughout Ireland. Adrian is a past chairman of the General Practice Division of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, a panel assessor for the Society and is a lecturer in Advanced and Statutory Valuations. His qualifications include Fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland, a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, an RICS Registered Valuer, PSRA Property Services Provider and a founder member of both the Association of Rating Consultants and the Valuation Office/SCSI Rating Forum.
